  • How tall are your over head doors?

    Depending on what your requirements are they range from 8' to 14'.

  • Do any of your units have interior lighting?

    Yes, the larger units have interior lighting.

  • What size unit would be suitable for a motorcycle?

    Great question: 6x10 to 10x10.

  • Do you have any drive through units?

    Yes a few with 8' high OHD or 14' high OHD

  • Do you have outdoor storage?

    Not at this time.

  • Does the tenant have to shovel their own unit after each snow fall?

    We plow the facility itself, but tenants are responsible for clearing the snow in front of their own storage units.

  • How often do you have the storage facility plowed?

    Plowing starts at 3" snow fall.

  • Can I use my own lock?

    We supply locks for most units with tenants having the option of placing their own lock on.

  • When do I have to give notice to vacate the unit?

    We do require, as noted in the lease, a minimum of 28 days.

  • How much notice do you require to rent a storage unit?

    Two days. 

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Yes, typically the deposit matches your monthly rent.

  • Is your facility paved?

    Yes, good question.

  • Is there lights on after dark?

    Yes.

  • Do you rent short term for college students during end of school year transition?

    Absolutely.

  • Do you have storage units for boats?

    Yes, fishing, ski boats, etc.

  • What is the minimum lease requirement?

    We do month to month.

  • What is your required payment method?

    We accept personal check, Money order or direct pay from your personal bank.

  • Do you have heated units?

    Yes, 20' x 50'.

  • Are any units large enough for a motor home?

    Yes starting at 20'x40'.

  • Do you supply insurance for renters?

    No, each tenant is to secure their own insurance as they feel necessary.
